ItsFun.com is seeking knowledgeable people to act as talent scouts in the music industry, lining up artists to be listed on their popular on line music store. Scouts already affiliated with ItsFun.com have earned from $200 to $1,200 per week.
Individuals seeking alliance with ItsFun.com would be expected to be on the lookout for performers of all kinds of music, songwriters, independent labels and publishers. Suggested places to look for such talent include; night clubs, concerts, festivals, music schools and conservatories, local recitals, churches, new music societies, competitions and public concert halls.
Scouts will be expected to have expertise in one or more genres of music so as to be able to differentiate between the good and the mediocre or even bad. They should also have the ability to articulate to the prospective talent the advantages of putting their music on ItsFun.com for sale to the public.
Each person would devise their own unique approach, but there are some basic pieces of information that should be passed along. Included in that area would be the fact that ItsFun.com and its 16 associate sites generate over 3 million visitors daily, most of them are buyers of music. ItsFun.com insists on professional quality recordings NOT necessarily affiliated with a record label. The quality will be judged on both technical and artistic basis. If a label is involved, it may be necessary to have written permission for ItsFun.com to offer that music for sale at no charge to the web site.
Once there is interest by talent, the scout would then provide a consent form and then oversee the process of enrolling that person or group with ItsFun.com. That includes providing the music in suitable form, along with promotional materials such as photos, bios, concert schedules, etc. It is also absolutely necessary to provide full and accurate information about each composition submitted, including the full name of the composer, full title of the work, complete list of key performers, etc.
After assembling the necessary materials, the scout would then forward the submission package to ItsFun.com via online submission or DHL shipping, paid for by the ItsFun. ItsFun.com reserves the right to reject any piece of music solely at its own discretion. When that occurs, the music will be returned at our expense.
The scout will receive 46% for every successful registration plus 5% to 15% residuals on every sale of said registrant.
